How can baking biscuits ever be quick? You normally must find a scale, carefully measure all the components, caress the bread to ages, cut out small cookies into heart, star and moon shapes then wait the next century'til they are baked.

Though in the event you would like to make them tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up with some add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That's Your Choice!

It sounds more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody's gont cover me if you consume them), however I must mention one more amazing thing about those cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, after I'd had the initial I finished the rest within one hour.

They are ideal for hiking excursions or other events where you want a quick energizing snack on the go. Nowadays I keep them as a fast bite in my backpack.

It also has to be noted that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the regular cookie suspects. Simply oats and peanuts.

Take oats such as. Not only do they lower your cholesterol levels which consequently will help you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with good carbohydrates and nutrients to help keep you going for more during the day.

Those nutrients include manganese, great for bone creation and skin integrity as well as magnesium -- important for energy production to allow you to feel more awake

Same with peanuts -- the favorite fruit among site web athletes -- not just because they contain an adequate quantity of good carbs but also for being the big players at the potassium game.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats work very well)

two tsp cinnamon

1 small number raisins

1 small handful walnuts, crumbled

1 small number sesame seeds, pear

You may add pretty much anything you enjoy!

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)

Get a bowl and mash the bananas until they're mushy

Insert the cup of yogurt and any of the optional ingredients

Stir until everything is well mixed

Put baking paper on the menu so that the cookies do not adhere. If you do not possess that make sure to grease the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you are vegetarian )

To make the cookie contour only grab a spoon and garnish a decent sum from the mix onto the baking tray like I did at the photo above. It is super quick and effortless.
